Entrepreneurship Development Programs

At TEJO Foundation, our Entrepreneurship Development Programs are designed to encourage individuals to develop an entrepreneurial mindset, leadership abilities, confidence, and essential business skills needed to turn ideas into sustainable opportunities.

Through leadership training programs, workshops, practical learning, and mentorship, we focus on areas such as communication, decision-making, business planning, team building, financial awareness, and problem-solving. Our programs are also conducted in Marathi to make entrepreneurship and leadership education more accessible at the grassroots level.

We aim to empower youth, women, aspiring entrepreneurs, and small business owners to become confident leaders, create sustainable livelihoods, generate employment opportunities, and contribute positively to the economic and social development of their communities.
